Shipping Policy
At Fidelia GPO, we take pride in ensuring every order is processed, packaged, and shipped with care to maintain the integrity and quality of our peptide products.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer overnight or second-day air shipping within the United States.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

3. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Fidelia GPO ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We do not currently offer international shipping or deliveries to APO/FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
You can monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier’s online tracking portal.
5. Packaging & Quality Control
All products are packaged with product safety in mind.
We use sealed, moisture-resistant packaging and perform final quality checks before every shipment.
To maintain product integrity: Store peptides in a cool, dry environment immediately upon delivery.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received: Contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to trace and resolve the issue.
Please note: Fidelia GPO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
